I’m very pleased to announce the opening of my new online gallery.
All of your wedding photographs are available for you to view here, you can share the gallery with your friends and family, they can select their favourites, run slideshows, buy prints and downloads. It’s an excellent way of viewing all of your photos and sharing them with others.

I normally have your wedding photographs ready to view about a week after the wedding. I’ll send you a link to your private gallery with a password so only you and there you choose can view the pictures.

I also have my large gallery of photographs around the world available to view as well, so if you get bored with wedding photographs you can take yourself off to New York, Paris, Prague, Sydney, London, and New Zealand.

I’ve set up a mock gallery for you to look at and play around with here. Let me know what you think, I’d be grateful for your feedback.

Wedding Photographer London, Pre wedding photoshoot.

Sarah Jane and Alex live in Hong Kong and booked their wedding with me in June. They were married on Saturday at the famous Farm Street church in Mayfair and then had their reception at The Caledonian Club near Belgrave Square in central London. For geographical reasons we met up for their pre wedding photography shoot only three days before their wedding on a very cold Wednesday morning on Clapham Common. We were able to talk in a bit more detail about the plans plans for their day, and reassure Alex that I could take good photographs of him. Many couples are nervous about having their photographs taken and a pre wedding session is a good way for me to prove to them that it is fairly painless.

A ‘pre wedding shoot’ is photographers speak for ‘a photography session before the wedding itself’. Its a great opportunity to not only get some great relaxed photographs of you as a couple but also to get used to being photographed. You get to know me a bit and get to understand what is possible from a photography point of view, and I get to know you a little and get an opportunity to understand what you’re looking for when your big day arrives. The session only takes about 1/2 an hour – about the same time as a first meeting at the studio would take.

Once you have the photographs from the shoot you decide whether to book me or not, no hassle, no strings, it really is that simple. The offer closes at 9pm on the 31st January 2012. Just send me an email or give me a call.

Wedding Photographer London.

On Saturday Sarah Jane and Alex were married at the famous Farm Street Church in Mayfair, central London. I met Alex and his entourage of ushers at Franco’s restaurant in Jermyn Street after their champagne breakfast. We walked to the church and although Saturday was cold thankfully the rain held off until much later in the day. The three bridesmaids arrived at a little before midday, and Sarah Jane and her father were fashionably late and arrived at the church a little after midday.

Sarah Jane and Alex live and work in Hong Kong and we met up in June this year while they were over in the UK on holiday. They are a great couple and had a very clear idea that their wedding was to be a pre Christmas party as well as a family celebration. It was difficult to imagine a christmas celebration back then in June but they certainly pulled it off on Saturday.

The Caledonian Club is an excellent central London venue for weddings. Many venues like this I’ve found over the years have gone from having a fairly ambivalent attitude to the expectations of a bride and groom to being ‘totally switched on’ to the requirements of a modern couple. The Caledonian Club is such a venue. They were excellent.

I left Sarah Jane and Alex about an hour after their first dance and I really enjoyed my day with them, they have great bunch of friends and family are they are a brilliant couple. They are off on honeymoon to South Africa this week and back in the New Year.

Wedding Photographer London

Julia and James are scientists and met at university while studying physics, and James is now working for Microsoft in Seattle. Julia will move over to the states in a couple of weeks to join James. They came to see me earlier in the year to talk through their plans and they were excited, as scientists, that they were able to book The Royal Institution of Great Britain for their wedding and reception.

On Friday at 12.30pm. I met with Julia, her parents, her sister and bridesmaids at their flat in Kennington and drove with them in their cars to the RI. The ceremony was held on one on the libraries upstairs and then drinks were served next door. The RI have only recently started doing weddings and it is a great venue. It’s been refurbished to a very high standard and there is science everywhere to look at.

As the guests made their way down the grand staircase to the reception rooms below for the meal they threw confetti, and Julia and James were covered in rose petals by the time they reached the bottom. The photograph above was taken outside next to one of the cars Julia arrived in with her father.

I stayed until just after the first dance, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them and their family and friends.
